LINCOLN COUNTY - Throughout summer and fall, Farmer’s Markets are a big attraction. Locally, there are three, including two in Troy, the Lincoln County Farmer's Market and one at the VFW along with the Winfield Farmer’s Artisan Market.

Library Summer Program
A celebration was held Saturday at Palmer Library for those children completing the summer reading program. Those in attendance were treated to stories, prizes, cupcakes, and some friendly rivalry, that included water balloons and squirt guns.
