The Walker Scottish Rite Clinic for Childhood Language Disorders, a 501(c)(3) charitable children’s clinic, is pleased to announce the expansion of children’s clinical services two days a week in the Lincoln County Health Department starting May 1.
The Clinic also provides services in Elsberry two days a week.
The Walker Scottish Rite Clinic provides professional speech and language therapy to children ages two through six with communication disorders in six clinical locations; St. Louis (2), Elsberry, Union, Crystal City and now Troy.
The Clinic has been a valuable resource for parents of children with communication challenges for 26 years, with services in Elsberry/Lincoln County for 19 years.
Services include screenings, evaluations, individual therapy, and parent training.
All services are provided at no cost.
The Walker Scottish Rite Clinic is appreciative to the Lincoln County Health Department for inclusion in the facility located at 5 Health Department Drive, Troy, Missouri 63379.
The Lincoln County Health Department has provided services in Lincoln County since August of 1966.
A variety of programs and services are offered by the agency, and it continues to assess and change as needs for services change.
Employees of the Lincoln County Health Department provide professional leadership and guidance to help identify and develop interventions that will assure Lincoln County is a thriving, safe, healthy and informed community.
