Perry and Peggy Stonebraker are retiring at the end of 2012, after 23 years of managing the Taylor Terrace apartment complex for the Elsberry Senior Housing Incorporated Board of Directors. John (Jack) Burkemper, Board President, opened the event, which was held on Wednesday, Dec. 5. Connie Rigg, USDA Rural Development Area Specialist, spoke in honor of the Stonebrakers.

Peggy said she remembers being asked to manage the complex back in 1989 because she had grown up in Elsberry and had a good knowledge of the local community.
