Ed Schieffer, Missouri State Representative Democrat of Troy, announces that he is running for Missouri State Senate in the 10th district.
“We must get more high paying jobs with benefits here,” stated Schieffer. “You and our neighbors work hard every day to keep our economy moving. We deserve a better chance to provide for their families.”
“I have concrete ways to get rural Missourians working again,” Schieffer continues. “In Jefferson City, my biggest vote for the working families and producing jobs -was the support of the Missouri Manufacturing Jobs Creation Act- nearly 2,000 full time blue collar jobs at the General Motors(GM) Wentzville Assembly were generated.
