Phi Lee and Tina Nguyen have only lived in Missouri for approximately two-years and have only worked in Lincoln County for approximately two-months. According to him there was a demand for their services in Elsberry and after some research and answered prayers were finally able to open their first business, Nail Lounge and Spa.

With talk about Elsberry in desperate need of improvement and growth, prayers may have finally been answered as it welcomes new business.
Phi Lee, originally from Chicago, is the new 22-year-old business owner of Nail Lounge and Spa, located at 106G Broadway in Kieser Plaza. He along with his wife Tina Nguyen were working in the Troy area when they heard a lot of customers talking about Elsberry and how they would travel long distances to receive spa treatment.
“It was like a birth moment when we decided to have a look and see if we were lucky enough to find a location here,” said Lee. “Then we would be able to start a new nail salon for the City of Elsberry.”
This is the first business Lee and his wife have owned and operated and in an effort to show their appreciation for the opportunity to  serve the community they are offering gift cards to the first 100 customers, 10 percent discounts for  scheduled appointments and all students will receive $10 off of selected service, whether it’s $10 off a pedicure, manicure or any other service they offer.
