The Lincoln County R-II Board of Education met in regular session at 7 p.m. on Wednesday Nov. 14, in the Elsberry High School Library.
Elsberry R-II School Board President Sean O’Brien called the meeting to order and recognized the visitors, allowing them the opportunity to speak before the board. With nothing to discuss the board voted to revise the agenda to move Prioritize Bond Issue to number seven.
John Boedeker moved and Matt Jones seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda as presented. Consent agenda items include regular and executive session minutes from the Oct. 12 meeting, payment of bills and setting the board sign up dates.
After approving various checks, Elsberry R-II Superintendent Tim Reller, Ed.D gave the financial report stating the year-to-date balances are $28,301 lower than a year ago. This is mainly due in part to fund four expenditures tied to grant funding that has yet to be received.
