Allsberry’s take oath of office

Karla Kerpash Allsberry, Lincoln County Circuit Clerk-elect, was administered the oath of office by the Honorable David Ash on Friday, Dec. 21 at the Lincoln County Justice Center.

Karla Kerpash Allsberry, who will officially assume her duties on Jan. 1, 2019 has already completed a week-long new Circuit Clerk orientation at the campus of the Office of State Courts Administrator in Jefferson City. She is making plans to improve the function of the Circuit Clerk’s office. The swearing in ceremony was attended by a small group of family and friends.

“I consider it a great honor to serve our community as Circuit Clerk. Innovation, transparency, efficiency and customer service will be hallmarks of the Circuit Clerk’s office,” said Karla Kerpash Allsberry.

(Below) Honorable Gregory K. Allsberry, Associate Circuit Judge for the 45th Judicial Circuit, was administered the oath of office by the Honorable David Ash on Dec. 21, 2018 at the Lincoln County Justice Center. Honorable Gregory K. Allsberry will begin his second term as Associate Circuit Judge on Jan. 1, 2019.

His duties in 2019 will include all associate civil and criminal dockets and a new domestic violence court.
Judge Allsberry said “I appreciate the confidence that the people of Lincoln County have shown in me. It is my goal to make improvements each year to the legal system.”
