Senate Theater hosts Star Wars marathon

Elsberry’s Senate Theatre hosted a Star Wars marathon the weekend of Aug. 30-31. All six of the blockbuster films were shown during the course of the two-day marathon.     On Dec. 6 Elsberry residents participated in the annual cookie walk to benefit the Catherine Jeans Memorial Scholarship Fund. Catherine, the daughter of Lance and Jeanie Jeans of Troy, lost her battle with cancer a number of years ago.
