  • Kirby performs at Elsberry United Methodist Church

    On Dec. 28 the Elsberry United Methodist Church hosted an organ and violin recital by Mitchell Kirby [above]. Kirby is originally from Troy and is currently a student at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Ill.     Elsberry’s Senate Theatre hosted a Star Wars marathon the weekend of Aug. 30-31. All six of the blockbuster films were shown during the course of the two-day marathon.
