Members of the Elsberry Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter recently attended the 2013 Missouri FBLA Leadership Conference held on April 21, 22, and 23 in Columbia, Missouri.   • ‘Melodies and Manuscripts’ a night to remember

    On April 6 the Elsberry Public Library met for a night of “Melodies and Manuscripts at the Libby Clarke Memorial Fellowship Hall in the Elsberry United Methodist Church.   • EMO Conference hosts Basketball Senior Showcase

    The Eastern Missouri (EMO) Conference will be hosting their 4th Annual Basketball Senior Showcase games on Friday, March 22, at North Callaway High School. The girl’s game will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a three-point contest that will crown a girl’s champion, a boy’s champion and an overall champion.   • Elsberry band students selected for Conference

    Elsberry High School students who were selected for the Conference Band were (front row): Sarah Daly, Madison Cleveland, Alex Brandt, and Nick Daly.  (Back row): Tracey Beck, Amanda Talbot, Josie Shanahan and Anne Heintzelman. Eight EHS students were selected for this year’s EMO Conference Band.  The students spent two days preparing with a select group of students from all the conference schools.  Their grand performance was Thursday evening, Feb. 7 at Wright City High School before family and friends.
