    The Elsberry Ministerial Alliance along with various other members of the local community participated in the National Day of Prayer on May 1. The service took place at the flagpole located at the intersection of Broadway and Hwy. 79.   • Stations of the Cross

    Members of the Elsberry Ministerial Alliance and those within the community could be seen on Good Friday, April 18 at various locations throughout Elsberry carrying crosses and reading scripture. This event is known as Stations of the Cross, which is a series of artistic representations, often sculptural, depicting Christ Carrying the Cross to his crucifixion. It is also known as Way of the Cross.

    The Elsberry Ministerial Alliance will conduct a National Day of Prayer Service on Thursday, May 1 at 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Broadway and Hwy. 79 at the flag pole. The brief service to pray for governments (national, state and local) as well as other aspects of life such as families, churches, school systems, businesses and the media.
