Thomas Hagar appointed Chief Operating Officer of Providence Bank
Kit Stolen, President and CEO of Providence Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas W. Hagar as Chief Operating Officer. Hagar joined Providence Bank in June, 2011, as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer and St. Louis Market President, and will continue to serve in those roles concurrent with his new position.
As Chief Operating Officer, Hagar will oversee commercial banking activities, commercial credit administration, residential lending and will direct the Bank’s market leadership.
