Mennemeyer sworn in as Presiding Circuit Judge

The Honorable Judge David H. Ash swore in Chris Kunza Mennemeyer as the next Presiding Circuit Judge of Lincoln & Pike Counties.

The Honorable Judge David H. Ash swore in Chris Kunza Mennemeyer as the next Presiding Circuit Judge of Lincoln & Pike Counties.  “I worked very hard to achieve this position, and I am so thankful that the people have given me this opportunity to further serve our Circuit,” says Kunza Mennemeyer.
As Presiding Circuit Judge, she will administer the Court’s docket and operations, and will oversee the Court budgets for both counties.  She will preside primarily over family law dockets, civil matters involving approximately $25,000, and felony dockets.  Kunza Mennemeyer’s six-year term officially began Tuesday, Jan. 1.
