United Methodist Church makes progress on LaCrosse Park

Following a storm that took out the east and southern walls of the old LaCrosse Lumber yard on Broadway, United Methodist Church has pushed forward with making the land ‘Something Nice for Elsberry.” Shown above is the progress that has been made on the new La Crosse Pavilion. According to Pastor Paul Garven, the entire project could be completed as soon as fall of this year, with features including a rear parking lot, park benches, plants and a building he said he hopes can be used for multiple purposes.
