Rolen and Rolen charged drug and paraphernalia
On Aug. 20, Elsberry Officers Bales, Jost and Wait executed a search warrant at the residence of James E. Rolen, located at the 500 block of North Second Street in Elsberry.
Inside, the officers, located three baggies of a green leafy substance identified by Rolen as being marijuana, scales and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia.
James Rolen and his son Brandon were arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office where they were booked and released on the charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
James’ partner, Elise Finders was issued a single summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
