A Trip Back In Time
On July 20 car enthusiasts from various parts of the country gathered at Cadillac Bill’s restaurant in Elsberry as part of the establishment’s monthly Car Cruise.
Each month a variety of unique vehicles, both classic and modern, assemble on the lot outside Bill and Phyllis Rockwell’s locally famous eatery on the north side of Hwy. 79 so that owners can show off their cars, trade stories, and treat visitors to a nostalgic trip back to a simpler and more wholesome time period.
This month was no exception as vehicles from numerous states, including the well-preserved classic pictured above, were parked in front of the restaurant for much of the night.
