911 HANG UP LEADS TO LINCOLN COUNTY WOMAN ARRESTED
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the first block of Lakeview Circle Dr, in Elsberry (Lincoln County), after dispatch communications received a 911 hang-up this morning.
While en route to the residence, Deputies observed Lacy Hall walking along Highway W.
Hall told deputies she and another male were arguing in the home and that she had been assaulted.
Deputies transported Hall to the residence and spoke with witnesses.
Witnesses told deputies Hall had assaulted a male in the residence with a hammer and wooden pole after getting into a verbal argument.
During the altercation, Hall destroyed many of the items in the home including ripping doors off the hinges, knocking furniture over and upending the oven.
The victim was not wearing a shirt allowing deputies to observe several lacerations to his arms, chest, ribs and back on the victim.
Deputies also observed a pool cue sticking out of the wall along with multiple holes in the drywall where a fist had gone through.
Hall was arrested and taken to the hospital for a fitness check.
Hall is several months pregnant.
Hall is currently housed at the Lincoln County Jail and charged with felony domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Her bond is set at $25,000 or 10% surety with no contact with the victim and several other individuals.
