The Elsberry Lady Indians Soccer Team has lost the first three games of the regular season, but Head Coach Hector Bencomo is learning to measure the team’s success in other ways.

Following a tough 4-0 loss to the Orchard Farm Lady Eagles at home on March 27 Bencomo said he was happy with the end result.

“Last year Orchard Farm beat us 10-0 within the first 30 minutes of the game,” said Bencomo. “This year I was very pleased with the girls. They never gave up and they did all of the things that we’ve been practicing.”
