Voss found guilty in heroin overdose death
On Feb. 14 Lincoln County Prosecuting Attorney Leah Wommack Askey announced that Jason Voss, 40, of Elsberry, was found guilty of providing a fatal dose of heroin to a Moscow Mills man.
A jury in Lincoln County found Voss guilty of involuntary manslaughter and distribution of a controlled substance.
The jury sentenced Voss to the maximum seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for involuntary manslaughter and 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for the distribution of a controlled substance.
